Currently it is a volunteer station with plans for full-time staffing in the near future.

"We are pleased to have been instrumental in this new station, aiding residents in the SH380 corridor. The station is another important part of providing vital services to our residents in Providence and Savannah, assuring them of the lifestyle they deserve as our communities continue to grow and prosper," noted Phillip and Donald Huffines at the dedication.

At the dedication ceremony, Denton County Commissioner Cynthia White and Denton County Fire Marshall Jody Gonzalez also voiced their appreciation of the new facility.
