We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Savannah to the new Community Association Manager, Brenda Simmons.

Brenda comes to us from Arizona where she had a background of working in real estate for 28 years. For the past 14 years she has been in the property management business.

She says that she moved to the great state of Texas for 10 great reasons: her two children, their spouses and her six wonderful grandkids, who all live in Texas. She brought along her little 4lb dog Princess, who seems to like Texas now, as well.

"I am looking forward to serving the Savannah HOA with the dedication, commitment and care it deserves," says Brenda. One of the first things you will notice about Brenda is that her attitude is very upbeat and 'can do'.

She likes to say, "Whoever says 'That can't be done' is usually interrupting the people who are busy doing it."

Brenda looks forward to meeting as many of the folks in Savannah as possible, so feel welcome to drop on by the HOA office in the clubhouse and say "Hi".
