Filling days with fun is easy for residents of Savannah, the Huffines Signature Community. The amazing recreational features offer something for all ages, and they are all available without leaving the neighborhood. Savannah has been so popular with new residents that new villages are now open and more are being planned. As the community grows, new recreational features are added for family fun.

Future construction plans in Savannah call for a second swim center and large park between Isabella and Continental Congress Villages. The recreation center will consist of a Jr. Olympic pool and kiddie pools, a bath house, a gazebo, picnic tables and barbecue pits. Adjacent to this will be a large open park area and soccer field. This facility is currently scheduled for opening in summer, 2009.

The new recreation center joins the current waterpark, which features a pool with racing lanes and a secluded sunbathing island with a separate slide pool that spills over into the main pool. With a spray park, two beach entries to the kids' pool and a separate covered sand beach, everyone can enjoy the sun and fun. The birthday party room is complete with ping pong, foosball, billiards and video games. Playtime has never been better!
